A series of seasonal dishes combined with West Fulton's own Scrumpy Ewe Cider.
Saturday August 25 at 6:00, one seating only
This is a dinner influenced by Spanish Tapas and featuring excellent cider made just a few feet up the road at Scrumpy Ewe.
Local produce featured : fresh ham from Sap Bush Hollow; cheeses from Cotton Hill Creamery and Bovina Valley Farms; vegetables from Barbers Farm for dishes like patatas bravas, Spanish style caponata, bruschetta; and local eggs for huevos endiablados and flan.
All plates are made from local produce. We are grateful for the bounty in the area and we are happy to support our local farms: Sap Bush Hollow, Barbers Vegetable Farm, Cotton Hill Creamery, Bovina Farms
Please note that we will have a beer, wine, and cider license this evening.
