Homemade orange/lemon curd on a tart. We cannot believe how absolutely delicious this is! But really, there should be a better name than “curd”; people just don’t want something that rhymes with, well never mind. Come up with a better name and we will give you a jar for a reward!

We love to eat orange curd with fresh fruit, put it on shortbread cookies, make a tart, or my favorite: take a spoon and dig in.

We have one tart left in the freezer this week; it thaws beautifully.
